2. lose (연결이 끊겨) 잘 못듣다, 연결이 끊기다

We're losing you. (연결이 끊겨서) 잘 안 들려

Yeah, I was assuming the answer wasn't that good, so you just cut me off.

*부사 that : 그리, 그다지, 그렇게  * not that good (별로일 떄) 그리 좋지 않은

I would never do that. 

cut off 중단/차단/끊어버리다 (의도적으로 중단할때)

  • to stop or interrupt while in communication
  • If someone or something cuts you off when you ae talking on the telephone, they make the telephone line stop working 

cut out 기술적 문제로 대화 중 말이 잘릴 때 

You cut out at the end. Could you repeat the last part?

3. pull up (특히 컴퓨터 화면에서 보기 쉽도록 위로) 꺼내다

- to get information, esp. on a computer screen

당황한 상대에게 농담 섞인 말투로 I put you on the sopt there :)

<갑자기 질문하자 살짝 당황>

5. give an update on ~에 대한 최신 정보를 제공하다

Could you give us an update on~? (최근 소식 /정보) ~는 어떻게 되어가고 있는지 현황 좀 말해줄래?

6. look into ~를 자세히 조사하다

- to examine the facts about a problem or situation

Let me look into that and get back to you.

get back to 사람 (특히 회답을 목적으로) ~에게 나중에 다시 연락하다

7. look up (참고자료, 컴퓨터 등에서 정보를) 찾아보다

- to try to find a particular piece of information by looking in a book or on a list, or by using a computer

8. circle back 나중에 다시 얘기하다 / (주제나 사람으로) 돌아오다

10. wrap up 마무리 하다
